How do I redeem a discount code?
To redeem discount codes, you must enter them in the designated field in your shopping cart (section "Enter discount code").
How will I be informed about discount promotions?
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will always receive information about special promotions and discount codes.
In addition, you will regularly find information on the latest offers and discounts on our website.
How can I redeem my collected loyalty points?
You can redeem your loyalty points during the order process.
To do this, click the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart, and your collected points will be displayed in the right column. You now have two options to choose from:

Redeem points for Swiss franc discounts (100 points equal CHF 2.-)

Redeem points for percentage discounts (400 points for a 10% voucher)

How do I create a customer account at BOTTiSKIN?
If you don't already have a BOTTiSKIN account, click on "Register" in the top right corner.
There are three ways to register for free at BOTTiSKIN:

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe to the BOTTiSKIN newsletter for free. Simply enter your email address in the designated field in the footer of every page of the website.
Once you subscribe to the newsletter, you will receive regular updates about new products and offers at BOTTiSKIN.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that personal tracking information will be collected and used for personalized advertising purposes while you use our services (website, newsletter, etc.). This information, along with your purchase and click behavior on bottiskin.ch and in the newsletter, will be used by Botti Group GmbH to send you personalized product, service, and offer information via email as part of our newsletter.
Should you object to the use of your data and no longer wish to receive the BOTTiSKIN newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time in any newsletter.

Once you have registered, all you need to do is enter your email address and password to log in to BOTTiSKIN easily and without any problems.
I've forgotten my password or I want to change my password. How do I do that?
Click on "Log in" in the top right corner of our page. Then click on "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.
Enter the email address you used to create your BOTTiSKIN account. We will send you a link to create a new password. You can use this link to set a new password for your BOTTiSKIN account.
After that, you can log back into your BOTTiSKIN account. Also check your spam folder if you haven't received the link.
How do I change my notifications?
You can change your notifications in your BOTTiSKIN account at any time under "Settings".
Simply click on the option that is displayed.
Shipping costs & delivery time
How are shipping costs regulated?
All purchases with a total value of CHF 99.00 or more are delivered free of shipping costs.
For a total value of less than CHF 99.00, CHF 9.90 will be charged for shipping and packaging.
Our tip: Add an additional small product to your shopping cart if the product you want is not enough for free delivery.
How long is the delivery time?
At the BOTTiSKIN webshop, you won't have to wait long for your order. We typically ship within Switzerland within 2-5 business days using Swiss Post (PostPac Priority), often even faster, within 1-2 business days.
Please note that in rare cases, delivery delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Public holidays in Switzerland, as well as other holidays, may also affect the delivery time of your order and lead to a postponement of delivery to the next possible day.
Important Package Notice
We would like to point out that certain products may suffer a loss of quality at extremely low or high outside temperatures.
My delivery is not complete?
We are sorry that your delivery did not meet your expectations.
If your package is incomplete, you could check the following:
1. Order check for completeness
Please check your customer area to see if all the items in your order are listed. Our products may ship from different warehouses and therefore arrive in separate packages. Please also note that some items in your order may be shipped by our partners, which may result in separate deliveries.
2. Check shipping confirmation
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email for each package.
Please check this email carefully and make sure that all items ordered are listed.
Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple packages. Delivery speeds may vary depending on the warehouse, so it's important to keep this in mind.
3. Get shipment tracking
In the customer area you have the option to view the parcel number for tracking each order.
If none of these steps have helped resolve your issue, you can always contact our customer service.
To ensure quick processing, please let us know your order number, item numbers and a brief explanation of the missing items.
If your package was damaged during transport and shows external damage, we ask you to refuse acceptance from the delivery service or courier.

How can I track my package?
We will send you an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
In the shipping confirmation you will find the corresponding Swiss Post tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment at any time.
You can also access your Swiss Post tracking number in your personal customer account under the “Orders” menu item.
Can ordered goods be returned?
Basically, you have 15 days to return your order to us.
Returns are at your own expense and must be made in accordance with the deadlines and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions .
To return your goods, please contact us in advance by email to notify us of the return ( shop@bottiskin.ch ).
Please then send the package to the following address:

Hygiene products, such as cosmetics, which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal. Furthermore, cosmetics whose seal has been removed or broken after delivery are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
There is no obligation to accept returns in such cases, however, it is at BOTTiSKIN's discretion whether the return will be accepted.
In such cases, it is up to BOTTiSKIN to accept or reject the return.
Although we are not obliged to take back all items, we are accommodating in most cases.
Therefore, please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.

Order & Pay
How do I place an order in the BOTTiSKIN online shop?
Once you've added all the desired items to your shopping cart , click on the shopping cart icon. This will give you an overview of your shopping cart and all the items in it. From there, you can either proceed to checkout or return to the online shop and continue browsing.
Before submitting your order, please double-check the selected products. If you have a discount voucher, redeem it.
If you use PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, you can use our "Express Checkout" and skip the following steps. In this case, you only need to log in once.
The order process then takes place in 4 steps.
Step 1: Register
Now choose how you would like to proceed with the payment process. If you are already logged in, this step is not necessary. Otherwise, you have the option to log in as a customer to place your order quickly and easily as usual.
Alternatively, you can skip this step by logging in with your Google or Facebook account.
Step 2 Customer data
Under "Customer Information," enter your personal details, address, and email address. If you have previously shopped at bottiskin.ch and logged in with your password, these fields will already be pre-filled. Simply review your information and click "Continue."
The information above is required for the smooth processing of your order. Optional fields are marked accordingly. We will only use your telephone number for any questions regarding your order and not for advertising purposes.
Step 3: Delivery method and payment
We currently only ship via Swiss Post using A PostPac Priority.
During this phase, you will also receive a list of available payment methods.
Choose your preferred payment method and, if necessary, enter any additional information related to your chosen payment method. You can trust us with your data: Paying at bottiskin.ch is secure! All your data is protected with us, and the transmission is secured by SSL encryption!
We offer almost all payment options currently available in Switzerland - recently also the option to pay via TWINT within 30 days.

Step 4: Review and complete your order
At the end, you'll see a summary of your order and can review all the important details. If you notice an error, click "Edit" in the relevant section and make the necessary corrections.
If all the information is correct, confirm your order by clicking "Place order". Your order will be assigned an order number, which you can use to check its status at any time. We will also send you an order confirmation by email.
How can I redeem a discount on online orders?
If you have a discount voucher from bottiskin.ch (such as the 10% online voucher for newsletter subscribers) and would like to use it on your next purchase, you can easily do so in the shopping cart.
In the shopping cart there is a field called "Enter voucher code" where you can enter the code that is on your discount voucher.
Then click "Apply". The discount will be automatically applied to the subtotal.
As part of special promotions, our newsletters sometimes contain special voucher codes. You can redeem these just like other discount codes by entering them in the designated field in your shopping cart. Only one discount code can be redeemed per shopping cart. Shipping costs are calculated based on the subtotal after all discounts have been applied (order total).
Important information on the use of discounts:
Each discount voucher can only be used once per person, order and billing address.
It is not possible to combine discounts with other price reductions. This means you will not receive an additional discount on items where you already receive free products or which are already automatically discounted.
Discounts and discount coupons, such as coupons with a discount code or newsletter benefits, can only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective promotion.
Discounts are not applicable to gift cards.

Examples include products from the brands IMAGE Skincare® , ZO Skin Health , NEOSTRATA® , Sesderma® , Heliocare® , Endocare® and Caviar of Switzerland .

Shelf life of cosmetics: How long can you use our products?
For cosmetic products with a minimum shelf life of more than 30 months, the best-before date is not required. For such products, the date of best-before date is specified as how long the product is safe and can be used without harm to the consumer after opening ( period after opening = PAO ).
Expiration date (PAO): This symbol indicates how long the product will last after opening (in months and/or years). When expressed in months, it may be represented by a number followed by the word "month(s)" or by "M" within or next to the jar symbol. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not require manufacturers to print expiration dates on cosmetic labels. The European Union does, however, require expiration dates, but only for products with a "best before" of more than 30 months.
PAO symbols
For cosmetics with a shelf life of more than 30 months, the symbol of an opened cream jar must be printed, indicating the period of use after opening.
For example, the symbol and the indication "12 M" indicate that this product can be safely used for 12 months after opening for the first application. The period varies depending on the product.
This means that if you open a product with a printed date of 06/2025 and a PAO mark of “12 M” for the first time in June 2025, you can still use it for another 12 months – i.e. until June 2026 – without any concerns.
