1. Cleanse your face thoroughly (Step 1: Cleanse).

2. Apply a generous layer of the mask to your entire face and neck.

3. Leave the mask on for 10 to 20 minutes. A slight tingling sensation is completely normal – this is the enzymes becoming active.

4. Rinse the mask off thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
