The Exuviance Advanced Series Performance Peel AP25 At-Home Chemical Peel contains a 25% mixture of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and polyhydroxy acids (PHAs), including glycolic acid, mandelic acid and gluconolactone.

The highly effective 25% AHA/PHA blend, inspired by Med-Spa, contains:

Preparation: Before the first peeling, it is recommended to use an activator pad (step 1) and a neutralizing pad (step 2) on a small, inconspicuous area of the face according to the instructions below. If there is no irritation or discomfort after 24 hours, you can proceed to peeling the entire face.

Application:

Cleanse face with an Exuviance cleanser.

Apply a Step 1 Activator Pad to the entire face, avoiding the eye area, lips and any sensitive areas. Then discard the pad.

Carefully observe your skin's reaction to the peel, looking for any redness or discomfort such as stinging, burning, itching, tightness, tingling, and peeling.

After 10 minutes, or sooner if you experience bothersome redness or discomfort, apply a Step 2 Neutralizer Pad to the face. Apply to the entire face (avoiding eyes and lips) and then rinse the face thoroughly with water.

Apply a moisturizer like Exuviance Overnight Transformation Complex.

Exuviance Performance Peel AP25 can be used up to twice a week, depending on skin tolerance. Reduce the frequency of use if the skin feels uncomfortable, irritated or if annoying peeling occurs. Note: There should be no visible peeling.

Can be used up to twice a week (6 week supply) on the face, chest and back of the hands.

Sunburn Warning: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun, and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for one week afterward.
